Job Title: Product Owner

Role Overview: The Product Owner plays a crucial role in the development process, acting as the bridge between the stakeholders and the development team. They are responsible for defining the product vision, setting priorities, and ensuring the team delivers a high-quality product that meets customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on priorities.3. Prioritize Backlog: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first and that the team has a clear understanding of what needs to be built.4. User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team understands the requirements and can deliver the desired outcomes.5. Release Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize releases, considering dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.6. Iterative Development: Embrace Agile principles and practices, including iterative development, continuous improvement, and frequent delivery of working software.7. Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and customer expectations.8. Feedback and Iteration: Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders, analyze metrics and data, and use insights to iterate on the product and drive continuous improvement.9. Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the development process.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.- Proven experience in product management or related roles, with a track record of delivering successful products to market.- Technical background or understanding is a plus, but not required.- Certification in Agile or Scrum is desirable (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering).- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment is preferred.- Additional certifications or training in Agile methodologies are advantageous.

Working Conditions:
