Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Lead with extensive experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in leading integration projects. This role requires immediate availability and a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication abilities to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy : Develop and implement integration strategies using SAP CPI and PI/PO to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
Project Leadership : Lead integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
System Design and Configuration : Design, configure, and manage integration solutions within SAP CPI and PI/PO environments.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Troubleshooting and Support : Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation and Training : Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes and conduct training sessions for team members and end-users.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and tools, staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Compliance and Standards : Ensure all integration solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in SAP integration with expertise in CPI and PI/PO.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP CPI, PI/PO, and related integration tools. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration methodologies.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage integration projects and teams.
Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management : Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.
Certifications : SAP certification in CPI and PI/PO is highly desirable.
