If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoSystem Expertise & SupportAct as a subject matter expert for core HR systems, managing configurations, workflows, and user support.Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution support for system issues, ensuring thorough testing prior to deployment.Ensure system integrity and alignment with global HR policies and compliance standards.Possess comprehensive knowledge of India-specific HR operations, policies, and programs to effectively align with and support broader regional and global HR strategies.System Implementation & OptimizationDrive end-to-end HRIS implementation projects , including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.Translate complex business needs into system configurations and enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.Support the development and execution of change management strategies, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and innovation.Data, Analytics & InnovationLead the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and standard reports to support strategic decision-making.Respond to a high volume of ad hoc reporting requests, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders.Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and geographies.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for predictive analytics, trend analysis, and data driven insights.Explore and implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, reduce manual effort, and uncover deeper insights from HR data.Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting needs with precision and confidentiality.Global CollaborationPartner with HR teams across geographies to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR users globally.Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness by ensuring strong time zone overlap with U.S.-based stakeholders to support effective global collaboration.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field6 + years of experience in HRIS administration with hands-on experience in at least one enterprise HR system.Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workday strongly preferred.Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or major system upgradesStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualizationExcellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and culturesBonus Points ForExperience supporting both U.S. and international HR processesFamiliarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)Why HealthEdge?Be part of a team that’s transforming healthcare through technologyWork with bright, talented people who embrace change and think differentlyEnjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for growth and developmentHelp build a world where healthcare can focus on peopleWork Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:The employee is occasionally required to move around the office.
