Receptionist - RISE Campus

 At the start of 2023 Hillcrest Christian College introduced a strategic transition program for Year 9 students that aims to empower them with a better understanding of themselves and their community. The RISE Program based in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast, focuses on personal growth, service to the community and the development of entrepreneurial thinking. Ultimately the RISE Program will prepare students for success by equipping them with the skills and mindset they need to thrive in an everchanging world. We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Coolangatta Campus. This front-facing role provides exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors, while supporting the Deputy Head of RISE with administrative tasks. The successful candidate will also support campus events and facilitate minor First Aid, with a full first-aid certificate required. This is a part time, term time position, working 7.45am to 3.15pm. During Terms 1 to 3, and weeks 1 and 2 of Term 4, the successful applicant will work four days per week—Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. From week 3 of Term 4 onwards, the role changes to two days per week—Thursday and Friday. Previous experience in administration is essential, and experience within a school setting will be highly regarded.
