We are looking for an experienced OpenText QA Specialist to join our client's consulting team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in QA for Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance, particularly in client-server environments. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring top-notch quality assurance throughout the development process.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough testing of forms design and specification within the OpenText platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications developed and maintained using OpenText.Provide architectural and application design guidance to implement forms effectively within the OpenText environment.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of OpenText applications.Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.Utilize deep knowledge of OpenText to contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in OpenText and CCM to enhance the quality and efficiency of QA processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective QA strategies and test plans.Assist in template design and development using OpenText, leveraging expertise to ensure templates meet the required standards and specifications.Mentor and support junior QA team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4-10 years of experience in QA for Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in OpenText.Strong understanding of client-server environments and enterprise application architecture.Proficiency in testing forms design and specification, with hands-on experience in OpenText.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to provide architectural and application design guidance for OpenText implementations.Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.Familiarity with template design and development using OpenText is beneficial.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
