Role Overview:
Smart Educational Academy is seeking skilled and passionate OET (Occupational English Test) and CBT (Computer-Based Test) Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will guide students in achieving their academic and professional goals in healthcare-related fields by delivering effective and engaging test preparation sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Delivery:
Design and deliver comprehensive lessons tailored to the OET and CBT requirements.
Provide interactive and engaging sessions that address listening, reading, writing, and speaking components (OET) and healthcare knowledge (CBT).
Student Assessment:
Assess students’ performance through mock tests and provide constructive feedback.
Identify areas for improvement and customize strategies to address individual needs.
Material Development:
Develop and update teaching materials, including practice tests and exercises, aligned with the latest exam formats.
Incorporate real-world healthcare scenarios into lessons to enhance learning.
Support and Mentorship:
Offer personalized guidance and motivation to help students build confidence.
Address student queries and provide strategies to manage test anxiety.
Tracking Progress:
Maintain records of student progress and share regular updates with students and parents (if applicable).
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in teaching OET and CBT or related test preparation.
Strong knowledge of healthcare terminologies and practices.
Excellent command of the English language.
Familiarity with exam formats, scoring criteria, and preparation techniques.
Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in OET or CBT training (if applicable).
Background in nursing, healthcare, or education.
