Content Writer

Morgan McKinley is looking for a content writer to join our fast-growing businesses. With offices across Europe, the UK, APAC, and Canada providing a range of professional services, recruitment solutions, and business process outsourcing services, this is an exciting time to join us as we launch new services as well as a refreshed brand. The successful professional will be instrumental in building a differentiated brand experience for our customers and will be responsible for producing written content across our website, email, blogs, and social media channels. The content writing is diverse, from blog articles and thought leadership pieces to case studies, social posts, and video scripts—all with the goal of delivering B2B and B2C leads, positive customer engagement, and consistent brand messaging. The role requires close partnership with our campaigns, digital marketing, and business development teams, and you'll be part of a collaborative team culture where people want to support each other in achieving our business goals. Skills required: Degree-qualified candidate with a relevant educational background in English language, literature, or creative writing. Experienced content writer with strong offshore experience, particularly working with European clients or companies. Hands-on experience with SEMrush or similar SEO tools. Passionate about creating best-in-class engaging content for digital and traditional channels. Highly creative content writing ability with practical experience in researching, writing, and editing content across multiple subject disciplines. Excellent attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met. Knowledge of B2B or B2C content writing within professional services, consulting, and/or the HR and recruitment industry. Confident in speaking to/interviewing specialists within the business to produce insightful content for our external audiences. Understanding of digital channels and the best approaches to take when writing content for different channels, some knowledge of optimising content for SEO Ability to work effectively with others but also under your own initiative, as we regularly work remotely—hybrid working is commonplace at Morgan McKinley. Inquisitive and proactive in staying up-to-date with trends and changes across the markets that we work in as well as competitor activity. Principal responsibilities: Part of a team of content experts supporting three distinct brands. Copywriting —interview and extract technical knowledge from business leaders to create compelling content for each expertise area on a regular basis. Content editorialization —you will be writing for a range of format types: video, social, website, case studies, thought leadership, advertising, and sales tools. Proofreading —on occasion, proofreading content produced internally. SEO Optimization—tailoring content to the relevant audiences, considering the use of SEO keywords and meta tags when producing content, and working closely with the digital marketing team to utilize SEO tools. Brand guardianship —Champion the company’s brand tone of voice to strengthen our brand. Experience Range: 6-8 Years as Content Writer. Work Location : Mahe; Kannur (Hybrid) Candidates located in Kerala or nearby South Indian states are preferred for ease of collaboration , due to occasional in-person meetings.
