Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study options in Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe, including universities, courses, tuition fees, admission requirements, and career outcomes.

• Provide end-to-end support for application and visa processes, including SOP guidance, documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation.

• Keep up-to-date with changing immigration and visa policies of each destination country.

• Assist in university application submissions and coordinate with partner institutions abroad.

• Communicate with embassies, universities, and visa offices as needed.

• Organize information sessions, webinars, and one-on-one counseling to promote overseas education.

• Maintain accurate records of student applications, communications, and follow-ups.

• Work towards monthly targets for student enrollments and visa approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Counseling, or International Relations preferred).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in overseas education counseling or visa consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of student visa processes for Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Familiarity with university portals, visa applications, and student documentation.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2C sales within the immigration industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
