Role: Product Advisor HVM

As a Product Advisor, you'll be the voice of our brand, converting conversations into paid
memberships and ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and wowed
What You'll Do
- Call existing members to introduce and pitch premium membership plans
- Hit daily targets on talk time, number of calls, and revenue
- Build rapport and trust with members to encourage repeat business
- Track conversions and ensure top-notch follow-ups
- Participate in regular performance reviews and upskilling sessions
What You Bring to the Table
- 6 months+ experience in telesales, outbound calling, or direct sales
- Clear communication skills in English and any one or more Indian languages
- Confident, articulate speech with natural clarity
- Smart selling approach – consultative, persuasive & always customer-first
- Resilience & ownership – you take targets seriously and success personally
