Job Specification
Maintain and support the eFront Invest applicationSupport and develop eFront Invest reportsParticipate in data related projects and interfacing with third party systemsFormat report in the requested layout and file formatExtract data from the application databaseConfigure and set-up the system according to Business RequirementsMonitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the SystemAssist in client on-boarding and new project implementationPrioritization of daily tasks based on users needsPerform other tasks as necessary to support team developmentAny other duties in the scope of the role that the company requiresCollaborate with teammates from across the group
Skills Required2-3 years of experience in customer service / support desk in a financial services organisationExperience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing and reporting technologies highly appreciatedExperience with databases and programming/reporting languagesStandard skills of Excel formulasKnowledge in SQLAccounting / Fund Admin knowledge a plusGood written and verbal communications skills (English)Proactive and eager to learnPerformance and process driven mindsetHighly motivated with ability to multitaskStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in support eFront products would be considered a strong asset
