A) Job Pu
rpose:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the financial aspects of the company. This includes controlling and monitoring expenses, optimizing costs and pricing for all monetization channels, preparing financial reports such as Expense and Revenue Reports and Profit and Loss (P&L) Stat
ements.
B) Accountab
ilities:Cost Control: Control costs across various departments including infrastructure, personnel, administration, development, and ma
rketing.Pricing Optimization: Optimize pricing across all monetization channels to maximize profit
ability.Financial Reporting: Maintain the accounting system and provide financial information to management, investors, and regulatory
bodies.Cash Management: Ensure appropriate cash flow to meet liabilities and plan financial act
ivities.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to laws and regu
lations.Financial Reporting: Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and e
xpenses.Planning and Forecasting: Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve compan
y goals.Risk Management: Monitor the organization's financial health to minimize risk and maximize
profit.Financial Guidance: Provide financial planning guidance to business leaders and direct the wealth of the
company.C) Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs):Ensure Profitability: Achieve a minimum profit margin of 60% by setting proper pricing str
ategies.Cost Optimization: Continuously optimize costs to improve efficiency and profit
ability.Legal Compliance: Ensure there are no legal complications in all countries where the company o
perates.Cost Management: Keep contractor and staff costs at a
minimum.Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all third-party service pr
