Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Executive to join our team at Beacon Group India. As a Sr. Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of the diagnostic industry and market trends
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
