Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Databricks Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data modeling, SQL development, and ETL processes, with a strong focus on data quality and integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data models and support data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data solutions with business needs.
  • Conduct data profiling and root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues.
  • Implement CDC, audit logging, and reference data strategies.
  • Create mapping and helper tables to support flexible ETL processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across platforms.
