Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a DGCA Ground Instructor at Jain Aviation International. The DGCA Ground Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions and classes for aspiring pilots and aviation professionals. They will develop lesson plans, deliver presentations, and assess the knowledge and performance of the trainees. The DGCA Ground Instructor will also provide guidance and support to trainees throughout their training program.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of DGCA subjects and procedures
Experience in conducting training sessions and classes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance
Good organizational and time management skills
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
