About the Role:
This comprehensive HR role focuses on attracting and acquiring top Architectural Engineering talent with a strong understanding of BIM, while also ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the entire HR lifecycle. You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, playing a key role in understanding their specific needs and developing targeted recruitment strategies. In addition, you'll be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee relations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted strategies for attracting BIM-savvy Architectural Engineering talent.
Source, identify, and attract top-tier Architectural Engineering candidates with a deep understanding of BIM.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing with the best candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources relevant to BIM Architectural Engineering.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Develop and implement training and development programs for Architectural Engineering staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Manage performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering employee growth.
Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
Implement strategies to promote employee engagement and retention, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Manage HR technology systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Conduct exit interviews and implement learnings for improvement in the employee experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Architectural/ Engineering candidates will be given preference.
At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR process management.
Experience in the Architectural Engineering industry is a plus.
Familiar with BIM technologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and the full HR lifecycle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for building strong relationships and fostering positive experiences for both candidates and employees.
