JOB DETAILS Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Implements system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Defines application problem by conferring with clients / business; evaluating procedures and processes. Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers. Validates results by testing programs both at the unit level and user level Run training sessions and workshops on system processes Create system guidelines and manuals for the organisation Collaborating with Business, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval Participates in the QA of purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
