Influencer Management: Oversee the influencer marketing strategy, managing relationships and ensuring all influencer-generated content aligns with brand messaging. Persona: ● Active and engaged on social media, ideally with 20k+ followers as a lifestyle influencer. ● Fluent in English, reflected in communication style and social conduct. ● Type A personality with a strong presence and a touch of assertiveness. ● A natural social media enthusiast who is highly attuned to trends, aesthetics, and engaging digital content. ● Strong sense of design, visuals, and aesthetics, with a knack for creating compelling and stylish content. Professional Qualifications: ● 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, with 1.5-2 years in a leadership or near-leadership role. ● Proven track record working with lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands. ● Experience with influencer management and working for a brand that resonates with a young, cool Indian audience is a plus. ● Candidates with a background in tech content marketing or B2B are not suitable for this role.
