The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and business partnering, with demonstrated expertise in financial control and budgets/MIS. Job Details: Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts and Finance Experience :8+ Years Location: Andheri, Mumbai Department: Finance Reporting To : Head – Finance & Corporate Key Responsibilities Controllership - Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts in line with Ind AS. - Lead month-end/year-end Close, balance sheet review, and internal audits. - Maintain internal controls, drive compliances, and manage statutory audits. Compliance & Tax - Oversee direct and indirect tax (GST, Customs) compliance and liaise with tax advisors. - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and relevant regulatory norms. Automation & Tools - Leverage ERP systems (Business Central/Tally) and FP& A tools (Power BI). - Drive automation in reporting and cost allocation processes. FP& A - Prepare and own annual budgets. - Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights. - Develop financial models for scenario planning. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS) Advanced Excel, MIS, and financial modeling skills Experience in handling audits, internal controls, and FP& A cycles Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Flexibility on moderate level of travel within India. Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – First attempt preferred. 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization Experience in controllership and FP& A domain.
