Job Summary:

The Still Shoot Producer will oversee the production of all print materials for both photo and video shoots, managing everything from pre-production to post-production. This role includes client pitching, budgeting, project management, and coordination with creative teams. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure seamless delivery of print assets. Key tasks include image retouching, sizing, layouting, and on-ground production management.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Pitching & Budgeting:

  • Lead the pitch process for new clients/brands, including budgeting for all new inquiries and creating cost-effective production plans.

Project Management & Client Coordination:

  • Oversee overall planning and project management, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, agencies, and production teams.

Pre-Production:

  • Attend pre-production meetings with agencies and clients to understand the creative brief. Plan locations, assemble key talent (photographers, cinematographers, art directors, models, stylists, hair & makeup artists), and ensure all aspects of production are in place.

On-Ground Production Management:

  • Manage the entire on-ground production process, including shot planning, props, costumes, catering, and logistics. Address any unforeseen challenges to ensure smooth execution.

Post-Production Coordination:

  • Manage post-production workflows, including client coordination and artist team management. Identify new resources and vendors as needed, and oversee timelines and deliverables until final client approval.

Talent & Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers, models, hair & makeup artists, stylists, and other key talent to ensure the creative vision is executed smoothly.

Print Asset Creation:

  • Oversee the design, retouching, sizing, and layouting of print materials for both photo and video shoots, ensuring they meet all creative and technical specifications.

On-Set Management:

  • Ensure all print assets are in place and ready for use during the shoot, making adjustments as needed. Coordinate the on-set team, props, costumes, and other logistical aspects to ensure smooth production.

Post-Production:

  • Ensure that the post-production process runs smoothly by managing client expectations, working with retouching teams, and ensuring all assets are delivered on time. Work closely with teams specializing in concept creation, CGI, illustration, and image post-processing.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Print Producer, ideally with a portfolio showcasing high-profile work.
  • Strong skills in pitching to clients, budgeting, and project management.
  • Experience overseeing pre-production, on-ground production, and post-production.
  • Expertise in print production processes, including retouching, sizing, layouting, and integration into photo and video shoots.
  • Excellent communication skills for client coordination and team management.
  • Strong budgeting and negotiation skills, with the ability to optimize resources.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) and project management tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot on-set and in post-production, ensuring smooth execution across all phases of the project.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Production, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
