Create user documentation and conduct workshops to promote effective utilization of the platforms.Performance Optimization:

Identify and implement optimization strategies to enhance the performance and scalability of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose remedial actions.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and administrators, to ensure successful solution delivery. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.6.Skills Required -Proven experience as a SharePoint/Power Platform Solution Architect or a similar role, with a strong understanding of SharePoint, Power Platform and other related M365 technologies.In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises, including customization, configuration, and administration.Proficiency in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SPFx.Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with other enterprise systems and data sources.Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and other SharePoint development tools.Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance best practices within SharePoint and Power Platform.Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.7.Additional Requirements -Project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver SharePoint/Power Platform projects on time and within budget.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Hybrid Deployment and Migration are a plus.Good to have experience or knowledge on K2 or Nintex applications and flows
