We're looking for a candidate to lead the nasscom Community. The nasscom Community today has 42,000+ members, and 1200+ organizations. It is one of the fastest growing open, knowledge sharing platforms in India, and it aims to bring together leaders, employees, students and specialists across the world to share latest content on technology. The nasscom Community Lead will have passion for people and technology, with the ability to talk to both senior CXO leaders as well as students and employees, and the know-how to grow online communities. The candidate will also need to manage day to day operations of the nasscom Community, including the product development roadmap and platform engagement initiatives.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility Lead day-to-day operations, drive content creation, member engagement and participation Build ecosystem partnerships with tech companies, and academic institutions to grow the nasscom Community Drive the product development roadmap for nasscom Community, manage vendors, build an advisory board and initiate a 5X growth plan Identify interesting and sharable content from huge pool of content/stories; and lead content generation- articles, newsletters, blogs, mailers & other material for social media channels and collaboration initiatives Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure that rules of engagement are adhered to, and provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate interactions

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience Bachelor degree in a Marketing or Communications-related field 7+years of work experience in business development, community building, content management and marketing, and website product management Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with managing web-based sites Ability to drive Community platform technology development with partners Ownership driven entrepreneurial nature, target oriented work style, strong inter-personal skills, excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition for informed decisions.
