Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Pearl Coating in Pune.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market

To sell products and services offered by pearl coating

Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.

Provide detailed information about products/ services to potential clients.

Prepare and present sales report, including sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Attending networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.

work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs, market dynamics and competitive assessments.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management skills
  • Proven ability to establish and leverage professional networks
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (1-3 years)
  • Knowledge of Industrial Paints and Coatings is plus
