Job Title: QA Team Lead

Location: Jaipur

Job Description:

· Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies within the organization

· Defining test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on the requirements gathered from project stakeholders

· Reviewing and analyzing technical requirements, test plans, and test cases for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

·Conducting QA audits to identify areas for improvement and apply corrective measures

· Ensuring that all products delivered meet the organization’s quality expectations

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

· Leading and managing the QA team to ensure that they meet the organization’s quality standards

Key Skills and Qualifications

As a QA Team Lead, you should have the following key skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes

· Experience with manual and automated testing approaches and tools

· Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps

· Exposure to testing software applications across multiple platforms and operating systems

· Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, JMeter etc

· Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#

Soft Skills:

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

· 3+ years of experience in software QA testing and at least 1 years of team leadership experience

· Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI are a plus.
