Job Responsibilities


  1. Analyze market conditions and trends, and identify opportunities in assigned accounts/territory through research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging the use of social media.
  2. Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets.
  3. Deliver powerful presentations and an unforgettable impact and a customized proposal with the aim to awe.
  4. Develop custom investment proposals for interested prospects while working in conjunction with the Cloud sales and solutions team.
  5. Collaboratively work with the solutions deployment team in distributed geographies to get the solutions implemented with a fanatical support drive.
  6. Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and lifetime references.
  7. Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop Searce’s image as a trustworthy, capable, and reliable technology partner.
  8. Timely invoicing, forex calculations, audit, and collections till payment realization.


Qualification


  1. Graduate degree (Preferably with an MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution in Sales).
  2. 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales for technology services / digital transformation ( Public Cloud / AI / Data Analytics preferred).
  3. Proven track record of Sales in India across technologies such as Cloud, AI, and data engineering.
  4. Strong exposure / Experience in working with Digital Natives, Startups, and Enterprise accounts (in tech / Solution Sales capacity) in India
  5. Exposure and understanding of technology stack such as Application Modernisation, ML & AI, Data & Analytics (Redshift, Data Lake, etc), DevOps(CI-CD, Kubernetes, etc)
  6. Strong written, and verbal communication & presentation skills.
  7. Ability to interact, converse and ideate with CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and IT Directors.
