General Description Of Role
Assist consultants and other stakeholders for Canada Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal reports to the Clients. Working on the internal client data base tool to update policy information related to Canada health and benefit plans. Providing clients with market insights and a measure of how their benefit programs compare to the competition. Delivering reports based on various parameters i.e., premium, claims & Loss ratios.

The process involves analysis of healthcare products information provided by vendors & onshore consultants pertaining to premium, claims, plan attributes.

Job Responsibilities
The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external clients by:

Operates as part of team under supervision of Project Lead/Ops Manager

• Project execution in-line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards while ensuring high level of internal & external client satisfaction.
• Interprets, organizes, and analyzes client data for specialty insurance products
• Prepares Excel and PowerPoint reports for the clients
• Collaborates with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and follow the process.
• Responsible for stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, etc.)
• Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training, education.
• Bridging the communication gap between onshore consultant and insurance Vendors
• Managing client/shared mailboxes
• Contributes to training and capability development for Jr. Analyst in collaboration (classroom trainings, training material development etc.)

Skills‐

• Proficient with MS Excel logical, financial, math, statistical and information functions Lookups, Pivot Table, Dynamic Pivots, Dashboards along with VBA coding
• Advanced experience with VBA coding/SQL/Python for process automation (certification is preferred)
• Knowledge of Health & Benefits domain
• Stakeholder Management
• Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable and have a collaborative approach with colleagues.
• Self-Driven & analytical bend of Mind, Problem-Solving Skills
