We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in product packaging design to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer focusing on product packaging design, you will collaborate closely with the product development and content teams to gather the necessary data for packaging designs. You will be responsible for envisioning and executing creative, impactful packaging solutions that align with our brand’s identity and market needs. Your role will require a balance of creative innovation and efficient execution to meet deadlines and ensure high productivity.

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop creative, eye-catching packaging that stands out on the shelf while maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate with product development and content teams to gather product specifications, legal requirements, and marketing insights for packaging designs.Ensure packaging designs are practical, functional, and meet production specifications, including material selection and printing methods.Manage multiple packaging design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.Provide mock-ups, prototypes, and final artwork for packaging projects.Stay up to date with packaging trends, materials, and design innovations to keep our products ahead of the competition.Adapt designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Maintain organized design files and ensure accuracy in details like dimensions, specifications, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in product packaging design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and practical packaging solutions.Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Understanding of printing processes, materials, and production requirements for packaging.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and receive feedback.Ability to quickly conceptualize and execute packaging designs that balance creativity with functionality.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and design a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
