The candidate should be proficient in Tableau and have experience working with relational databases. Exposure to Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Python will be considered an added advantage.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.- Optimize dashboards and SQL queries for performance and usability.- Work with data models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.- Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making.- Integrate Tableau with various databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).- Support ETL and data preparation tasks when required.- Document development processes, best practices, and user guides.- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Tableau Developer / BI Developer.- Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online.- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query large datasets.- Experience in working with data warehouses- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.- Working knowledge of Python for data preparation, automation, or advanced analytics.- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.Nice-to-Have Skills- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for BI solutions.Connect with me via email at or on LinkedIn for further discussions
