Qualifications and Educational Requirements:Educational Background:~

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.~ Certifications in relevant domains (e.g., AWS Certified AI/ML Engineer, Cisco IoT Fundamentals, CEH, or Blockchain Developer) are an advantage.Technical Proficiency:~

Expertise in at least one or more areas: AI/ML, Data Structures/Algorithms, IoT, AR/VR, Robotics, Blockchain, Drone Technology, VLSI, Web Development, Embedded Systems, PCB Design, Full Stack Development (Java, MERN, MEAN).~ Strong programming skills in C/C++/Python/Java and familiarity with hardware-software integration.Experience:~

2–5 years of experience in technical training, product development, or R&D.~ Hands-on experience with project development, prototyping, or industry-relevant tools and technologies.Additional Attributes:~

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.~ Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical training delivery.~ Passion for innovation, mentoring, and developing future-ready talent.

Relevant Experience:Technical Expertise:~ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in designing, developing, or deploying products in domains such as AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR, Blockchain, Robotics, VLSI, or Drone Technology.~ Proficient in software development using C/C++/Python/Java and frameworks like MERN/MEAN for full-stack development.~ Hands-on experience in Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Embedded Systems, and PCB Design & Manufacturing.Training and Mentoring:~ Experience delivering technical training or workshops to students, professionals, or corporate teams.~ Proven ability to create training content, develop real-time project scenarios, and mentor trainees.Product Development:~

Involvement in end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept design to prototyping and deployment.~ Experience in handling interdisciplinary projects combining software and hardware systems.Research and Innovation:~

Active contribution to research projects, patents, or innovative prototypes.~ Engagement in cutting-edge technologies like AR/VR applications, drone systems, and blockchain-based solutions.Industry Collaboration:~

Prior experience collaborating with industry partners or startups for technology solutions or product development.Other Attributes:~

Domain-Specific Skills:AI/ML and Data Structures/Algorithms:~

IoT and AR/VR:~

Experience in IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP), hardware integration, and cloud platforms for IoT.~ Knowledge of AR/VR frameworks (Unity, Unreal Engine) and 3D modeling tools.Robotics and Drone Technology:~

Hands-on experience in robotics systems, autonomous navigation, and robotic programming (ROS, Gazebo).~ Proficiency in drone design, flight control systems, and UAV programming.Blockchain:~

Expertise in blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger) and smart contract development.~ Knowledge of consensus algorithms, decentralized applications (DApps), and blockchain security.VLSI and Embedded Systems:~

Proficiency in VLSI design, Verilog/VHDL, and FPGA programming.~ Hands-on experience in microcontroller programming, real-time operating systems, and IoT hardware integration.PCB Design and Manufacturing:~

Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle) and manufacturing processes.~ Knowledge of circuit testing, debugging, and optimization.Full Stack Development (Java, MERN, MEAN):~

Proficiency in building scalable applications using Java, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Angular, and MongoDB.~ Hands-on experience in API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.Web Technology:~
