Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Sales Department, located in Vadodara with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive business growth. This role requires managing key accounts, analyzing sales data, and developing initiatives to enhance sales performance. Additionally, the Head of Sales will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring the team's alignment with company objectives, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
