About the role:

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Bag department. The roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the department's Production , in coordination with Quality, Purchase, Dispatch and Maintenance departments
  • Lead the staff in the unit along with workers to achieve Production Capacity on a daily basis
  • Look for ways to improve manufacturing by using tools of Lean Management
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Help the unit achieve Muda (Eliminating waste)


About you:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing is required
  • Expertise in the field of Garments/ Fabric/ Stitching is preferred.
  • Portrayed leadership quality previously
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Experience with MIS reporting is required.
