Dispatch Incharge

Job Summary :We are seeking a responsible and organized Dispatch Incharge to manage and oversee the efficient dispatch of goods from our facility in Shahada. The Dispatch Incharge will be responsible for planning and coordinating deliveries, managing dispatch documentation, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and supervising dispatch personnel. Strong communication skills in local languages and a good understanding of local transportation logistics are essential.Responsibilities:Dispatch Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on orders, delivery timelines, and vehicle availability, optimizing routes for efficiency within the Shahada region and beyond.Route Optimization and Coordination: Determine the most efficient delivery routes, considering local geography and traffic conditions. Coordinate with drivers regarding routes and schedules.Vehicle and Driver Management: Oversee the allocation of vehicles to delivery routes and monitor driver activities. Coordinate basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues.Dispatch Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and vehicle logs. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly.Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely availability of goods for dispatch and accurate loading onto vehicles.Communication with Drivers and Delivery Staff: Provide clear instructions and guidance to drivers and delivery personnel in Marathi and Hindi.
