Role Overview:

The Product Head will lead the development and lifecycle management of AI CERTs certifications and learning solutions. This includes overseeing curriculum design, aligning with industry trends, managing SME collaboration, and ensuring high-quality learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Own the end-to-end product strategy for AI CERTs certifications and solutions.


• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and AI/tech teams to develop cutting-edge content.


• Lead certification roadmap planning based on market research, competitive benchmarks, and learner needs.


• Ensure products align with ISO/IEC 17024 standards and other compliance frameworks.


• Monitor product performance using learner feedback, assessments, and market adoption.


• Work cross-functionally with Platform, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful launches.

Requirements:


• 8–12 years in edtech, L&D, or certification product roles.


• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and technical certification ecosystems.
