QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).3+ years of experience in modern trade sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of the balance between marketing and sales.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in brand collaborations and joint marketing initiatives is a plus.
