Customer Solutions Engineer - AI and Data Platforms

Your Role:


As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing our foundational AI and data model APIs. These systems will empower users by providing personalized insights and real-time data processing capabilities, all tuned to optimize end-user experience and performance.


Responsibilities:


- Develop Foundational Model APIs: Design and implement APIs that allow for efficient data ingestion, processing, and analysis. These will serve as the backbone for our user-centric data solutions, enabling personalized analytics and insights.


- Optimize AI for End-User Applications: Ensure that AI models are not only powerful but also optimized for operation on personal devices and in cloud environments, providing users with fast, reliable, and intuitive experiences.


- Innovate User Data Interaction: Create tools and platforms that allow users to interact with their data in insightful and meaningful ways, drawing inspiration from successful models like Splunk and enhancing them for personal use.


- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure that our solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals, creating an integrated and seamless experience.


- Lead Performance Optimization: Monitor, refine, and optimize the performance of our systems to handle large-scale data efficiently, ensuring robustness and scalability.


Tech Stack:


- Languages: Python, Scala, Rust

- Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark

- Tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Hadoop


Ideal Experience:


- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models and APIs, especially in environments that require real-time data processing and user interaction.

- Strong background in data engineering with a focus on creating scalable solutions for data analytics and machine learning.

- Experience in building consumer-facing products that leverage large data sets to deliver personalized experiences.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in solution engineering, particularly in AI and data platforms.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
