Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Management

• Supervise preparation of tea, snacks, and food items as per SOPs.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas.
• Ensure timely service and product quality.

Inventory Control

• Monitor daily stock of raw materials, packaging items, and consumables.
• Place timely requisitions to avoid shortages.
• Minimize wastage and maintain proper storage.

Customer Service

• Greet and interact with customers, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain consistent service speed and quality.

Cash & Billing

• Manage the cash counter and POS system.
• Ensure accurate billing and daily cash reconciliation.
• Deposit sales collections as per company policy.

Team Management

• Supervise outlet staff and assign duties.
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company standards.
• Train new staff on processes and service.

Timings will be from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
