Assess employees' communication strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized training plans.

Provide guidance on proper pronunciation, intonation, and accent modification.

Offer constructive feedback and support to help employees achieve their communication goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication training.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate communication training into employee development initiatives.

Essential Functions:

Conduct training sessions to improve communication, pronunciation, and accent of employees.

Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.

Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees to address specific communication challenges.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and adjust as necessary.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

Strong understanding of phonetics, phonology, and language acquisition principles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to tailor training approaches to meet diverse learning styles and needs.

Proficiency in MS Office and training delivery tools.

Flexibility and adaptability to adjust training strategies based on participant feedback.

Empathy and patience in working with individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
