Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong design eye, exceptional digital design skills, and a deep understanding of corporate, event, and print design principles. We require someone who can effectively take briefs, interpret client needs, and deliver visually stunning designs that meet our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaignsCreate a wide range of digital design assets, including emailers, PPTs, social media graphics, and website elementsDesign and produce corporate design requirements, such as logos, branding materials, and style guidesDevelop print deliverables for events, including brochures, posters, and signageDesign and create impactful merchandise for events and brand promotionStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic designExplore and implement innovative design techniques, including AI toolsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in digital, corporate, event, and print designExcellent visual communication and storytelling skillsProficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)Strong typography and color theory knowledgeAbility to take briefs and translate them into creative and effective designsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to work in the North American time zone (night shift in India)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in AI design tools is a plusDesired Skills:Experience with 3D design and animation toolsKnowledge of marketing principles and best practicesStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to think outside the box and generate original design ideasExposure:Opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projectsExposure to a global brand and industry leadersContinuous learning and development opportunities
