Key Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Growth: Spearhead the onboarding of advertising partners, with a
focus on supporting businesses in need of effective and affordable marketing
solutions through a first-in-the-world platform.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement a business development strategy to
secure high-value clients, targeting those who will benefit from our innovative lead
generation solutions.

Team Leadership: Manage a goal-oriented sales team, ensuring they meet

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from a premier institution, with a focus on Marketing,
Advertising, or related fields.
At least 5+ years of experience in business development, with a passion for AdTech
or experience within an innovative advertising ecosystem.
Proven track record of success in sales, client acquisition, and relationship
management.
Energetic and self-motivated, with a love for challenges and the ability to turn hurdles
into growth opportunities.
Compassionate toward the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, with a
desire to help them succeed through innovative advertising solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
