Brief about the Team

The Medical Affairs team at Tata 1mg plays a pivotal role in bridging science and storytelling. The team collaborates closely with medical experts, content strategists, and creative professionals to create informative, engaging, and trustworthy healthcare content that drives awareness and impact.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute high-quality video shoots (both studio and on-location)
  • Edit various formats including short-form videos, long-form explainers, and medical content
  • Create motion graphics, captions, transitions, and integrate branded visual elements
  • Collaborate with doctors, medical writers, and creative teams to bring healthcare topics to life
  • Design compelling video thumbnails, posters, and video covers
  • Manage video assets, maintain file hygiene and version control
  • Proactively suggest improvements in storytelling, visual quality, and audience engagement

What We Are Looking For:
- 13 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing software
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop or Canva
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense with an eye for detail
- Comfortable with camera operations, lighting setups, and basic audio equipment
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
- Interest in health, wellness, or medical storytelling
- Familiarity with short-form content formats such as Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or animation
- Awareness of SEO and video engagement best practices for digital platforms
