Proficient in technical hiring with strong client interfacing abilities, excellent sourcing skills, and expertise in Boolean search techniques. Adept at sourcing candidates through job boards and diverse recruitment channels and negotiation. Strong understanding of working in staffing requirements

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter with a strong passion for recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT and technical professionals for client requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job needs and deliver the right talent within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for IT and technical roles using job portals LinkedIn, and other networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and job fit.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and share suitable profiles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing to offer closure
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for submissions and closures

  • Hands-on experience with job boards and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
