Key Responsibilities
Support execution of Campus Recruitment strategy:
Implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy set by the campus lead in alignment with Diageo India's goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with placement committees and student organizations at targeted institutions.
Act as a point of contact for campus recruitment-related inquiries.
Schedule engagement activities and recruitment processes with internal and external stakeholders and provide necessary support.
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication to candidates and capture feedback from panelists throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Manage and maintain an up-to-date calendar of campus recruitment events and activities, and necessary documentation of the campus hires
Keep track of feedback received by panelists, stint/project details of Management Trainees/Interns, project charters, performance evaluations etc.
Coordination of Onboarding and Offboarding activities:
Support timely communication to new hires in the pre-boarding phase.
Manage onboarding schedule for campus hires. Facilitate the joining formalities, collect necessary documentation, communicate stint/project plan, logistics and ensure ease in transition.
Provide offer letters, experience letters and/or any employment documentation to interns/MTs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience working with universities and colleges, organizing recruitment events or scheduling, sourcing and managing candidate pipelines.
Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and project management abilities.
Attributes:
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
