Job Title: Maintenance Head

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead our maintenance team, overseeing the upkeep of Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities and Automotive Equipment's, as well as other operational maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise.

3. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Automotive Equipment's, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

4. Facilities Management: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.

5. Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Quality, and Procurement, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

8. Management Information: Providing key insights to the management regarding the maintenance schedule, planning, execution, future improvements and the other related information.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Automotive Equipment's, as well as maintenance management software and technologies.

4. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

5. Certifications: Proven Track record of handling all maintenance functions would be given preferential advantage.
