Job Title: Google Workspace Admin/ GCP / Experience : 4yrs to 10yrs Salary : 20 Lpa to 30 Lpa Shift : (Rotational shift) Opportunity Type : hybrid Placement Type : Full time Permanent Position Key Responsibilities: collaboration applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, Lucid chart, Asana, Tableau, Slack, Survey Monkey, and Quip Google Workspace - primarily Google Drive & Editors (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms, Drawing) and App Scripts, 3rd party add-ons and custom integrations Microsoft Office 365 – All O365 apps, including Power Automate and all 3rd party integrations and custom developments Deep technical experience with above applications (APIs, integrations) for daily maintenance tasks, system configuration, and custom solution development Ability to offer deep application features consulting, including the execution of exception evaluations and new Saa S application request intakes Handle objections with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary. Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and overall performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and US calling regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 4–10 years of experience in GCP/Google workspace /Google Cloud Platforms Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Mandatory skill is Google App Engine, Also known as GAE .. Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
