Role Overview

As an OutSystems Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing large-scale applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to propose robust technical solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the success of our projects and driving innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership : Lead a team of low-code developers in architecting and implementing OutSystems applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Propose scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Technical Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of OutSystems, APIs, and scripting languages to write efficient and maintainable code. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Performance Optimization : Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to deliver successful outcomes.
• Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and OutSystems updates. Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years specifically focused on OutSystems development.
• Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in writing high-quality code using OutSystems, APIs, and related technologies.
• Solution-Oriented : Ability to propose innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Collaborative Mindset : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certifications : OutSystems certifications (e.g., OutSystems Professional Developer, OutSystems Associate Web Developer) are a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OutSystems Architect located in Coimbatore. The OutSystems Architect will be responsible for software development, architectural design, integration, and project management, ensuring that applications are scalable, maintainable, and align with strategic business goals. The OutSystems Architect will also collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Architecture concepts and principles, with experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable applications
• Extensive experience with OutSystems, providing technical leadership in application development and architecture
• Experience in Software Development, Integration and Project Management
• Ability to translate technical requirements into architectural design and interface specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with team members across multiple functions and disciplines
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• OutSystems Associate or Professional Developer certification, or comparable experience
