Job DescriptionDesignation -Manager- US PayrollBand- C1Team Size-10-15Location- PuneHybrid (3+2)Shift- 24*7 Business(5:30 PM to 3 PM)Time Operations Manager:Cross-functional CoordinationCollaborates closely with payroll teams to ensure seamless time-to-payroll integration.Acts as a liaison between timekeeping and payroll operations across multiple geographies.Timekeeping ExpertiseDeep understanding of how hourly and salaried employees use timesheets in various countries.Knowledge of how timesheets capture both attendance and absence data.Familiarity with how timesheets are linked to employee schedules and how exceptions are tracked.Payroll IntegrationUnderstands the flow of time data into payroll systems.Ensures timesheets accurately reflect premiums, holidays, and other pay-impacting elements.Data Quality & ReportingProficient in running system reports to assess time data quality.Identifies anomalies such as zero hours, unusually low or high hours, and missing entries.Performs reasonability checks by comparing current data with previous pay periods.Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsDetects and investigates data inconsistencies before payroll processing.Uses historical trends to validate time data and flag potential issues.Operational AwarenessUnderstands the end-to-end lifecycle of time data from entry to payroll.Ensures compliance with local labor laws and internal policies related to time tracking.Important Note: Candidate doesn't carry relevant US Payroll processing experience, kindly do not apply for job.
