About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Architect at Zitics in Pune.
As a Technical Architect, you will take ownership of defining technical strategies, leading solution design, and mentoring a team of brilliant minds. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in creating secure, high-performing, and future-proof systems.
Qualifications
Technical Architecture and Solution Architecture skills
Software Development expertise
Experience in Integration and Enterprise Architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is an added advantage
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
What you will do
Architectural Leadership: Design and drive scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions.
Innovative Development: Integrate advanced AI/ML models (e.g., OCR, data extraction) and create reusable frameworks for workflow automation.
Hands-On Coding: Build secure APIs and contribute to front-end and back-end development using React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
Database Optimization: Manage and optimize MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB for performance and scalability.
Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to global standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, and DPDPA.
Mentorship: Guide and inspire development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
Define and implement the technical architecture for scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture with organizational objectives.
Perform stringent technical due diligence to ensure quality, mitigate risks, and uphold high standards.
Solution Design & Innovation
Lead the development of reusable frameworks and workflow automation tools.
Integrate advanced AI/ML models (e.g., OCR and data extraction) into critical workflows.
Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and security.
Hands On Development
Contribute actively to front-end and back-end development using React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
Design secure, efficient APIs and optimize database schema for performance.
Build and maintain scalable, modular codebase that ensure long-term maintainability.
Integration & Data Management
Ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs, maintaining high reliability and security standards.
Optimize relational (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) for high performance.
Compliance & Security
Ensure all solutions comply with global standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, and DPDPA.
Proactively identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities.
Testing, CI/CD & Deployment
Define testing strategies and oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to maintain system reliability and availability.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote best practices in architecture and development.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation for system designs, architectural decisions, and processes.
Generate periodic progress reports and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee change management processes to ensure seamless integration of updates.
What we are looking for
Experience: 15+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS, and database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
DevOps Skills: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of global compliance standards like ISO 27001, DPDPA.
Leadership: Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and collaboration proficiency.
Domain Knowledge: Financial Services or FinTech experience is highly preferred.
