Job Title : Full-Stack Developer (Node.js, Redis, React.js, SvelteKit, and Next.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch)
Job Location : Republic Media House, Sector 158, Noida
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with expertise in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing end-to-end solutions using Node.js, React.js with SvelteKit, Python FastAPI, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. A solid understanding of Redis for caching, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices in deployment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Node.js and FastAPI.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance.
• Implement real-time data processing pipelines using WebSockets and Redis pub/sub.
• Build database schemas and optimize queries for MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate and work with Elasticsearch for efficient search and analytics.
2. Frontend Development
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js , Next.js and SvelteKit.
• Optimize frontend applications for Core Web Vitals and SEO, especially with Next.js server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Integrate WebSockets or GraphQL for real-time frontend experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and implement real-time data updates.
3. Architecture and Design
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems leveraging modern design patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
4. Deployment
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
5. Security and Quality Assurance
• Implement authentication and authorization using frameworks like JWT or OAuth.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high code quality using TDD/BDD practices.
• Proactively address vulnerabilities and apply best practices for secure coding.
6. Collaboration and Mentorship
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and data engineers.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge-sharing within the team.
7. Troubleshooting and Maintenance
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Regularly monitor logs and metrics to ensure application reliability.
Skills and Qualifications
Must-to-Have Technical Skills
• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, Python FastAPI, and API design (RESTful and GraphQL).
• Frontend: Expertise in React.js, SvelteKit, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Databases: Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis for caching.
• Search: Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
• DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization with Docker.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git.
Good-to-Have
• Understanding of WebSockets for real-time updates.
• Experience with Serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar message brokers.
• Experience with SvelteKit.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience working on large-scale, distributed systems.
