Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
Assist with Daily Operations: Support the operations team in executing daily tasks and activities to ensure smooth operation of the organization.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data related to operational metrics. Assist in generating reports and identifying trends to improve operational efficiency.Documentation and Compliance: Assist in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Managing the database on the CRM tool.• Lead Reports• Adding Leads from different sources into the CRM• Provide regular reporting to the management team and Steering Committee on the state of data integrity and key measures for improvement• Handle all basic CRM administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and other routine tasks.
Administration:
• Managing day-to-day operations• Printing & Purchase of sales office supplies.• Keep a track of all vendor payments and ensure payment are done on time.• Maintain a filing system of all required documents.• Have an overview of the office expenses and costs.• Maintain a track of all company assets that are allocated to employees and keep a safe custody of all the unallocated and returned assets.• Keep a track of all inward and outward movement of posts, couriers, assets, and other items.• Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.• Other duties as assigned by Head of Operations or Management, from time to time.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Any graduate. would be preferred• Experience: 4+ years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate Sector.
