About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and development of our applications using , GoLang, and MongoDB. You will architect scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure technical excellence across the stack.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and architecture of web applications using (frontend) and GoLang (backend).
  • Design scalable MongoDB schemas, optimize queries, and ensure database performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical growth and collaboration.
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through proper testing and monitoring.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and proactively propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with proven expertise in , GoLang, and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and server-side rendering (SSR) with
  • Solid experience in building scalable APIs and microservices with GoLang.
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB design patterns, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.
  • Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience working in agile teams and delivering high-quality products.
