Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate Nutrition Content Writer to create compelling, scientifically accurate nutrition content for our audience. You will translate complex nutritional science into engaging stories that educate and inspire healthier dietary choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our in-house writers to offer dietary and nutritional advice for various articles being written such as heart health, weight management, diabetes control etc.
  • Offer physical/online consultation for our various programs – such as weight management, diabetes control
  • Answer readers' queries on general nutrition advice for specific ailments/diseases. This could be in response to our articles or on various channels such as WhatsApp, Social Media etc.
  • Participate in live/recorded events to offer nutrition advice
  • Write comprehensive, research-backed articles on nutrition, diet, and food science
  • Collaborate with doctors and scientists to ensure content accuracy

Required qualifications

Education & Certification:

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of practice as a dietitian
  • Proven track record of writing for print/digital publications; and/or doing the same in TV/multimedia content

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional English writing and editing abilities
  • Strong spoken and writing Kannada skills
  • Deep knowledge of nutrition science, dietary patterns, and their health impacts
